SHIPPING

We ship from Amsterdam to anywhere in the world. Shipping rates vary depending on the item and country of destination:

- Netherlands (1-3 days): 3,50€ base fee - Free shipping over 250€

*Amsterdam: you can personally pick-up your order for free in Amsterdam Centraal area once it's finished. When your order is ready for you to come for it, we will send you an email with the pick-up details and schedule a date that works for you.

- Europe (2-5 days): 3,90€ base fee - Free shipping over 280€

- Rest of the world (4-10 days): 9,90€ base fee - Free shipping over 350€

PLEASE NOTE:

- The specified timeframes are for shipping only. From the moment you place the order, it will take a minimum of 1-2 weeks for it to be processed as we have to purchase the base sneaker or jacket, receive it and customize it. So the total time to receive your order can take up to 3-5 weeks.

- Double check your address before ordering - we will not be responsible for your order being sent to the wrong place. If your order is returned to us because you provided the wrong/incomplete address, you will have to pay for that additional shipping fee before we send the product again to you. 

- If you are sending us your item to customize, you are responsible for shipping it to us and any issue this may cause - we suggest shipping with a reliable company and have a tracking number. We would not be responsible if it does not arrive to our location.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges from the moment the order is placed. When acquiring one of these items, the customer accepts this condition.

We highly recommend trying on the shoes at a public retailer before purchasing to ensure they are the correct size. Also, please note custom clothing items are personally hand crafted, so a minimum inaccuracy is always possible - you cannot expect a machine result from a human hand.
